Yesterday Ashton, Mom, and I were gone for the day. We were out at Harmony's house attending her 3rd Birthday Princess Party =). It was a HOT day... but nice and fun. There were a lot of kids there swimming, jumping on the trampoline and playing with doll houses.. The usual kiddie stuff. Here are some pictures..

Poor Ash is getting his 3rd and 4th molars... one popped through and the other one is taking its good ol time.. poor kid is SOO stuffy and can barely breath =(. The heat yesterday did not help

Ashton's first day of school

Ashton and I both started school yesterday. Ashton did very well--considering he was there for seven hours. It was hard for the both of us, but we will get used to it. When he is more adjusted (and understands I am coming back for him) I will be more at ease. The young toddlers (Ashton's class) have goals--like being gentle, sharing, being sympathetic when another child is sad, working on words and other mile stones, plus last but not least socializing. I am very excited for Ashton to learn new things and to be able to socialize (without his pesky mom around lol). His naps are screwed up =(, because he can't nap around noise. I am hoping his napping habits will change. His teacher told me he actually fell asleep in his high chair at lunch..haha thats a first and pretty funny. Poor kid is making up for lost sleep (at 5 pm). Luckily he will still go to bed at 8.. ;)

okay Ashton is doing this new thing where he sounds like an old man. I wish I caught him on tape making that noise while crawling around with his great grandma's cane. BUT I did get a few movies of him making that noise. He is doing an impersonation of an old man on a roller coaster..and another one of him spazzing out

A day in Erie at Aunti Karen's house

Yesterday we drove a few hours to Erie to visit relatives. We went to see my great aunt Karen and to see other family members. Ashton got to see Lake Erie from afar, but we didn't have time to go swimming.

He had a lot of fun climbing up and down aunt Karen's steps... =)
