Life is still busy busy...

 Ashton is adjusting to daycare like a champ. He still cries a little when I leave him, but when I pick him up he is really enjoying himself. He lets mommy sleep in until 8 or 9 on the days we don't have to wake up at 5-6 am.. =) Gotta love him for that. I am able to study a lot while Ash is up and after he goes to bed. He is such a good baby.

The trees have been changing colors since August and now they are falling off the trees like crazy. Ash is not a big fan of leaves apparently. I told them they were just getting cold and decided to come down to the ground for a little bit, but he was not giving them a chance.. lol. 

We visited Ashton's friend Owen yesterday. Owen just got back from a cruise- lucky duck. I can't believe that just a year ago Ash was a tiny infant and Owen was about Ashton's size. It is TOO crazy. Owen looks like he could be three or four. 

Well  I am off to do things  should be doing!!  Studying two chapters in my med term book and writing an essay =P

Ashton's Birthday party

Ashton finally had his birthday party today! A few people were out of town including Ashton's God daddy, but it still turned out nice. Poor Ash was sick from his shots the other day- plus getting four more teeth (this will make 16 --GEEEESH).. 

Ashton enjoyed the company and all of his gifts... After his party he stood without any help for like a minute. I think he just didn't realize I let go of him.... I managed to get a picture right before he knelt down. He usually stands for a second or two before kneeling down and crawling.

Ashton's First Birthday =)

Ashton turned one on August 29th! Can't believe it. He opened some gifts from me in the morning and than had a birthday pancake breakfast. He celebrated with his friends at school -- I got to celebrate with them which I wasn't expecting. I didn't bring my camera =(, but I hope they can give me doubles.-- After school we all went out for a steak dinner.. spoiled boy.. he also had ice cream and cake... Next weekend he will have his REAL party. This kid is taking even more of the house over... AHHHHh lol.

Yesterday was Lloyd's going away party. He will be going to Harrisburg for three weeks, than Mississippi for 3 months, and than Iraq (We will miss him :-( ). I will even miss him making fun of how ditzy I am and all his sarcastic comments.....
Anyways, we had a BLAST at the party. Lloyd's three sisters were there with their kids and some cousins, uncles, aunts, friends ect. It was just a lot of fun. Their backyard is like a playground... They have a trampoline, pool, and two play structures..ect. So the kids were all in heaven. There was also more food than I have ever seen ...lol... Anyways here are some pictures..
